Student Food Ambassador
Trinity’s Student Food Ambassador (SFA) provides guidance and support to their peers throughout the academic year related to food. They are responsible for helping to serve as a bridge between the student body and food services at the College.
Juliette Sallé
Juliette Sallé will be working as the Student Food Ambassador for the 2024-2025 academic year. Juliette is a third-year student double majoring in Physiology and Human Biology. She is looking forward to connecting with students and hearing everyone’s feedback about how Trinity’s wonderful food service team can create the best dining experience possible.
As the SFA, Juliette will assist with the planning, promotion, and implementation of programming for Trinity College students, focusing on food services and nutrition. She will also help with the collection, analysis, and utilization of student feedback to enhance everyone’s dining. Juliette will at the same time manage the @TrinEats Instagram account and co-chair the Student Food Advisory Committee (SFAC).
To engage with students, Juliette will host weekly office hours in Strachan and the Buttery – students are encouraged to connect with her during these office hours to provide feedback. Alternatively, she is also reachable via email or the @TrinEats Instagram account.
SFA weekly drop-in hours:
Strachan Hall: Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:00 PM and Fridays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The Buttery: Tuesdays 3:00 – 4:00 PM and Fridays 1:00 – 2:00 PM
